FinTech Java Developer
We are looking for a FinTech Java Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial technology applications using Java. You will work closely with product managers and other developers to design solutions that meet the needs of our financial services clients. Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based financial technology applications
- Collaborating with product teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Implementing new features and functionality in existing applications
- Conducting code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in FinTech
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language
- Experience with Spring framework and microservices architecture
- Experience in the financial services sector or knowledge of FinTech applications is highly desirable
- Experience with databases, including both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Java development, preferably within the FinTech space
