Senior Creative UX Designer
Sarmad is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading design projects from concept through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to produce visually compelling designs that meet our business objectives. Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to completion for various projects, including digital and print media
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging visuals that communicate our brand message
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
- Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that meet project objectives
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure fresh and impactful designs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a UX creative design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in design software "Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc."
- Freehand drawing is a credit
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience in the financial industry is a major credit. "Investment, Finance, Payments, etc."
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior designers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity
