Fitness Instructor (Female and Male)

Join our dynamic fitness team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a Fitness Instructor! We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to inspire and guide our members on their fitness journeys. As a Fitness Instructor, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their health and wellness goals through expert instruction and personalized support.

• Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes for members of all fitness levels
• Provide one-on-one personal training sessions, tailoring programs to individual client needs and goals
• Design and implement diverse exercise programs, incorporating various fitness modalities
• Conduct fitness assessments and track members' progress
• Offer guidance on proper exercise techniques and form to ensure safety and maximize results
• Provide basic nutritional advice to support clients' overall health and fitness objectives
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and research to continually improve class offerings
• Promote a positive and motivating atmosphere in the fitness center
• Assist in organizing and promoting fitness events and challenges

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
• Group fitness instructor certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a fitness instructor or personal trainer
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred)
• Proficiency in leading various group fitness classes and personal training sessions
• Strong knowledge of exercise program design and fitness assessment techniques
• Excellent understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Expertise in multiple fitness modalities (e.g., strength training, cardio, HIIT, yoga)
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Flexible schedule to accommodate morning, evening, and weekend classes
• Passion for fitness and commitment to ongoing professional development
