As Fleet Administration Support, you will assist with the day-to-day administration and coordination of DIGI Belgium’s vehicle fleet. This includes both our operational vehicles (vans, cherry pickers, etc.) and employee-assigned vehicles. Your work ensures that all vehicle-related tasks, from maintenance tracking to document handling, are managed accurately and on time.
• Maintain up-to-date records for all vehicles in the fleet
• Follow up on periodic maintenance, inspections (e.g. APK), and technical checks
• Coordinate regular maintenance and repairs with approved service providers
• Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle assignments, returns, and documentation
• Process vehicle-related invoices, incident reports, and insurance paperwork
• Support onboarding and offboarding of vehicles, including associated tools (fuel cards, registrations, etc.)
• Ensure internal systems and tracking tools are kept accurate and current
• Assist the Fleet Manager with general administrative and coordination tasks
