Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily food and beverage service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and schedule food and beverage staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions to enhance guest experience and drive revenue.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in dining areas and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate meal preparations and service.
- Prepare reports on service performance, sales, and staff performance for management review.
- Stay updated on food and beverage trends, menu changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu offerings and wine pairing.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
