About the role:

As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the F&B offerings of our luxurious property. You will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled dining experience that resonates with the distinctive style and sophistication of the Luxury Collection brand.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Manage the overall F&B operations to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered consistently.
• Develop and implement F&B strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
• Supervise and inspire a talented team, providing guidance and training to ensure high service standards.
• Create and maintain menus that reflect the seasonal and local flavors, meeting the expectations of discerning guests.
• Budget management, including forecasting, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations throughout all areas of food and beverage service.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, specifically in luxury hotels/resorts.
• Strong understanding of F&B operations, including menu design, service excellence, and financial performance.
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with guests and team members.
• Proficiency in English; speaking additional languages is a plus.
