is seeking to recruit a

Front Office Manager

for our upcoming luxury property in Paros.

The Front Office Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their stay. You will play a key role in leading a dedicated team and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

About the role:

  • Manage all front office operations, including reception, reservations, and concierge services.
  • Ensure the team delivers a consistent guest experience that meets the standards of KOA by Kyma New York.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient front office operations.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage the budget for the Front Office department, optimizing expenses and maximizing revenue.
  • Hire, train, and mentor Front Office team members, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a related role within luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Solid understanding of hotel operations and front office systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
