Job Description:
You will work hands-on with healthcare customers to design, build, and deploy AI-enabled systems in real operational environments. As a deeply applied engineer, you will embed with hospital teams to translate complex workflows into production-grade software. This role bridges the gap between customer delivery, product development, and scaling agentic AI solutions.

What you will do:

• Embed with healthcare customers to understand operational workflows and translate pain points into deployed software solutions

• Design, build, and iterate on full-stack applications and integrations that enable AI-driven workflows to run reliably in live settings

• Collaborate with AI and product teams to identify repeatable patterns and codify them into internal tools and abstractions

The ideal candidate:

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong Python skills and experience building production-grade full-stack applications

• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience deploying software into highly regulated environments such as healthcare, finance, or the public sector
