As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you operate at the intersection of engineering, AI, and enterprise reality.
You join complex enterprise onboardings and work directly with customers to:
Understand their workflows and system landscape
Integrate Bliro deeply into their CRM and tool stack
Customize AI agents and automations to their specific needs
Eliminate manual work through smart, scalable solutions
You are not a consultant.
You are not a commercial account owner.
You are a business engineer deployed at the edge of the company - turning real-world enterprise complexity into scalable product capabilities.
You will operate as part of a pooled technical expert team across multiple enterprise accounts and play a key role in evolving Bliro’s agent and integration capabilities.
Build and configure integrations with systems like SAP Sales Cloud, MS Dynamics, Salesforce and other enterprise tools
Work with APIs, data flows, and automation logic
Write Python scripts, complex AI prompts and implement custom solutions where needed
Ensure high integration coverage and reliable CRM/ERP data ingestion
Translate business workflows into agent logic and prompt configurations
Improve automation coverage of manual tasks
Iterate on AI analytics, coaching logic, and AI outputs based on real customer feedback
Identify recurring enterprise needs and translate them into scalable product features
Actively shape the roadmap for agents, integrations, and automation capabilities
Work closely with Product & Engineering to upstream solutions
Partner with Customer Success during enterprise onboardings
Operate independently on technical execution while keeping stakeholders aligned
Support Sales with technical feasibility when needed
Background in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or similar from a top-tier technical university
Experience working with APIs and system integrations
Solid Python skills (SQL is a plus)
Comfortable working hands-on with real production systems
Interest in AI prompting, agent systems, and workflow automation
Ability to translate business requirements into technical logic
Excited about turning manual enterprise processes into automated agents
You genuinely enjoy understanding how companies operate

Close collaboration with our sales, CS, product and engineering teams, who are all on site.
Englisch (C2) needed. German (C2) is a strong plus.
