The work will focus on Generative AI-powered contact center solutions, along with metrics, dashboard customization, and data pipelines. This role is intended for candidates in the Seattle area, with flexibility required to support evolving team and client needs, including local presence if needed.*
As a Forward Deployment Engineer Consultant for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Work directly with strategic customers to deliver end-to-end contact center solutions, with a strong focus on Generative AI capabilities
- Act as a deeply embedded partner for customer ideation, solution design, and application buildout
- Build hands-on prototypes, provide technical guidance, and help configure and deploy solutions in customer environments
- Lead technical execution during early-stage projects and help customers and internal teams become more self-sufficient over time
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to turn customer learnings into product and roadmap improvements
- Scale real-world learnings through documentation, enablement, and partner readiness
- Support work tied to metrics, dashboard customization, data pipelines, and reporting

Requirements
You have:
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions in enterprise environments
- Experience supporting contact center, customer service, or adjacent business application solutions in real-world implementations
- Strong experience with solution design, prototyping, technical buildout, and deployment support
- Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and modern technical ecosystems
- Experience with data pipelines, dashboard customization, metrics, and reporting workflows
- Experience building with Python or JavaScript
- Strong executive and technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues through root-cause analysis
- A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
You might also have:
- Proven experience working in a consulting capacity supporting Fortune 500 or global clients, preferably with Microsoft or Microsoft vendors.
- Experience with contact center platforms or customer service technologies
- Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions
- Experience helping customers adopt emerging AI capabilities in production or near-production environments
- Experience creating documentation, internal enablement materials, or readiness content to scale learnings across teams
- Experience working with dashboarding, reporting, and data visualization tools

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 160,000 - 225,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
