Job Description:
As the first engineering hire, you will build AI agents that automate complex data analysis for high-stakes enterprise sectors. You will own the technical direction across AI orchestration, scalable data pipelines, and multi-tenant infrastructure, transforming unstructured regulatory and technical information into actionable insights within a fast-paced, high-intensity founding team environment.

What you will do:

• Architect and deploy production-ready AI orchestration systems using advanced LLM frameworks and evaluation loops.

• Build robust data engineering pipelines to ingest and transform heterogeneous data from diverse enterprise sources.

• Design and scale secure, multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure using modern cloud-native deployment and database technologies.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of shipping sophisticated full-stack products using TypeScript, React, and Python.

• Proficiency with modern AI development workflows and a bias for rapid, high-quality execution in ambiguous environments.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end features and maintain sustained intensity during critical growth phases.
