As a Founding Engineer, you will develop agentic products that redefine how candidates and companies connect. What you will do:

• Architect and scale sophisticated AI agents using a modern stack including Next.js, TypeScript, and Python

• Collaborate directly with founders to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate customer needs into product features
