Job Description:
As the first growth hire, you will build the entire go-to-market engine from scratch for a pioneering AI-native software delivery platform. You will own lead generation end-to-end, experiment with distribution channels, and scale the company to seven-figure ARR. This is a high-agency role for an execution-obsessed operator ready to define a new category.

What you will do:

• Design and execute multi-channel distribution experiments across outbound, content, and community to find product-channel fit.

• Build and manage a content engine that establishes the company as a thought leader in AI-native software delivery.

• Develop and implement a product-led growth (PLG) motion to transition the product from closed beta to public launch.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2–4 years of experience in B2B growth or GTM roles, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.

• Exhibits high agency and a "founder DNA" mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems without a playbook.

• Possesses technical fluency with AI tooling and automation to scale outreach and growth operations efficiently.
