Job Description:
Join a fast-growing venture studio as a Founding Sales Associate, working directly with a second-time founder to scale their first business unit. You will execute daily outbound sales while simultaneously building a repeatable sales engine from scratch. This role is ideal for a high-intelligence operator who values process and execution.

What you will do:

• Manage post-conversion account development to drive repeat usage, reduce churn, and increase long-term customer value.

The ideal candidate:

• High general intelligence with a track record of executing reliably and learning quickly in ambiguous environments.

• Previous experience or strong interest in building/tailoring CRMs and enforcing strict sales process hygiene.

• Exceptional communicator who can conduct structured discovery and build messaging tailored to specific business unit needs.
