You will lead the technical orchestration of an AI platform revolutionizing the $1.5T facilities management sector. As a founding-level partner, you will bridge system architecture and business analysis, building robust, scalable infrastructure that automates complex workflows and optimizes real-world engineering operations for thousands of physical sites globally.

What you will do:

• Design and document complex system architectures that bridge AI capabilities with traditional enterprise facility management workflows.

• Develop and scale high-performance backends using Python and PostgreSQL while managing robust DevOps pipelines via Kubernetes and AWS.

• Build and optimize AI-driven agents using LangChain and vector stores to automate help desk operations and technical diagnostics.

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience within high-growth startups or top-tier technical firms.

• Mastery of Python (FastAPI/Django) and modern AI implementation patterns including prompt engineering and document processing.

• Proven "grit" and systems-thinking mindset, capable of translating complex business problems into elegant, scalable technical designs.
