Join a creative powerhouse where art meets science.
At Keen, we don’t just deliver services — we embed ourselves into the heart of our clients’ businesses. From digital marketing and creative to customer experience, we craft bold, high-performance digital experiences for global brands. We’re a team of tastemakers and forward-thinkers, and we’re looking for someone just as passionate to join us.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly capable Framer designer-developer to help evolve and rebuild our website.
This is not a template or execution role. You’ll be working directly on Keen’s core marketing site – improving structure, refining design systems, and building high-quality, interactive pages that reflect the level of work we deliver to clients.
You’ll work closely with our team to audit our current site and design a stronger, more cohesive experience. From there, you’ll bring those ideas to life directly in Framer.
We’re looking for someone who can think, design, and build – not just execute.
This is a part-time, freelance role (approximately 5–10 hours per week) with potential to expand.
What You’ll Do
- Audit our current website and identify opportunities to improve structure, clarity, and conversion
- Design and build new pages and sections directly in Framer
- Develop clean, responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Create thoughtful interactions and animations that enhance UX (not distract from it)
- Translate ideas and rough direction into polished, production-ready designs
- Implement custom components, overrides, or code where needed
- Collaborate with our team on content, structure, and iteration
Requirements
- Strong portfolio of websites you have both designed and built in Framer
- Clear design taste – strong typography, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Deep understanding of responsive design systems (not just breakpoints)
- Experience building interactive, modern marketing websites
- Ability to work directly in Framer and ship production-ready work
- Comfort with custom code (JavaScript / overrides / integrations) where needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience with Webflow (secondary)
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and performance optimization
- Experience working on marketing or agency websites
