This will be a 3-5 month Freelance position. The Director of Strategy will oversee the team and drive the strategy, planning and direction across all media. They will be the key point of contact for all senior client partners, responsible for managing communication and deliverables. An agency leader and client partner, the Director of Strategy is critical to our client’s success. *MUST HAVE LINEAR TV PLANNING EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities
Lead Brand Strategy and Planning across multimedia channelsCreation of clear and measurable objectives, strategies, and the approach to deliver on business objectivesDrive collaboration across all disciplines (Strategy, Investment, Social, Performance Media, Analytics) to create integrated plans that make an impact on customers and deliver on client business objectivesLeading innovation and progressive planning techniques by testing and learning through new opportunities, partners, and technologyOversee development of client presentations, designed to effectively bring the story of the media plan to life in strategic and engaging waysOngoing and regular client service, communication and account managementActive in the industry and community with a high level of knowledge and interest across media trends, opportunities, and the landscape
Qualifications
Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, make an impact on their business, and showcase the talent and accomplishments of the entire agency team(s)Strong media marketplace knowledge and understanding of what drives the most successful agreements between media partners, clients, and agenciesLinear TV planning experience a mustExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional management, organizational, and responsiveness skillsPassionate about generating groundbreaking ideas and infusing our team with a fresh perspective to drive creativityPositive attitude and energy – good vibes only!
Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree required10+ years of experience in Media Planning/Strategy with previous experience in personal finance, banking, credit cards, or apps strongly preferred5+ years of experience managing and developing teams
Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.

In-Office Work Schedule
