Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential French-speaking clients via phone, email, and social media to create sales opportunities.
• Identify client needs and determine the best solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain thorough records of interactions and lead progress within our CRM system.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach and lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to enhance sales conversations.
• Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and qualification targets to drive the sales pipeline.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing leads.
