As a French Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a satisfying overall experience with our services. Your effective communication skills in French will be key in building rapport and trust with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in French through phone, email, and chat channels
• Provide assistance and guidance on our products and services
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with various teams to address and resolve customer concerns
• Educate clients on best practices for using our services
• Collect feedback from customers to drive service improvements
• Engage in ongoing training to stay well-informed about product developments

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A positive and proactive approach to customer engagement
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment
