French Speaking Customer Service for Banking industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Banking Division. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing exemplary support to our French-speaking clients as they navigate various banking services and products.

Your fluency in French will enable you to communicate effectively with customers, assisting them with account inquiries, transaction issues, and financial product information. You will play an essential role in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat regarding banking services and products
• Assist clients with account management, transaction queries, and troubleshooting issues
• Provide clear and accurate information on banking products, services, and policies
• Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex banking inquiries
• Educate customers on best practices for banking, security, and fraud prevention
• Stay abreast of industry regulations and updates to ensure compliance

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with exceptional communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on compliance and regulatory standards
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the banking or financial sector, is preferred
• Adept at managing multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality and integrity in sensitive financial matters
• Familiarity with banking products and services, as well as customer support technologies, is advantageous
