French Speaking Customer Support for Banking

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients regarding banking products and services via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and information on financial products.
• Effectively address and resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive banking experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Work closely with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve service quality.
• Educate customers on banking procedures and policies while promoting financial literacy.
• Gather client feedback to support the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
