In this position, you will assist clients in navigating their inquiries related to financial services and products, providing support in French.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding FinTech products, applications, and services via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Provide clear and accurate information on product features, pricing, and account management.
• Assist customers with technical issues related to online banking and financial transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries swiftly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to enhance service quality.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the company’s offerings to best serve customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer-centric solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online banking technologies is preferred.
• Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
