French Speaking Customer Service for Hospitality & Tourism industry

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a delightful experience throughout their journey.

Your fluency in French will be pivotal as you guide customers through various services, such as hotel bookings, tour packages, and event planning. You will be instrumental in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting our offerings within the hospitality and tourism sector.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding hospitality and tourism services
• Assist clients with inquiries related to accommodations, travel itineraries, and activities
• Provide recommendations and feedback based on customer needs and preferences
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Collaborate with service providers and internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings continuously
• Stay informed about trends in the hospitality and tourism industry to provide current recommendations

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passionate about travel and delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
