As a customer service representative, you will communicate with clients in French, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless experience with the software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to software products, features, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and live chat in French.
• Guide customers through software installations, configurations, and functionalities.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to enhance user experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical support and product teams to address customer concerns effectively.
• Stay informed about software updates, company offerings, and industry trends to provide relevant assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and/or Greek is advantageous.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the software or technology industry, is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to customers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
