French Speaking Customer Service for Hospitality & Tourism industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Hospitality & Tourism industry. In this important role, you will provide top-notch support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to hospitality services and tourism offerings.

Your proficiency in French will be essential for guiding customers through our services, addressing questions about bookings, accommodations, and travel recommendations. Your commitment to customer service will enhance our clients' experiences and help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in French via phone, email, and chat for inquiries related to hospitality and tourism services
• Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and any necessary modifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure comprehensive support and efficient issue resolution
• Collect feedback from clients to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends and local attractions to provide knowledgeable recommendations

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or tourism, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Passionate about the hospitality industry and helping clients explore tourism options
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
