French Speaking Customer Service for Insurance industry

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Insurance industry. In this essential role, you will provide top-notch support to our French-speaking clients, assisting them with various inquiries related to their insurance policies and claims.

Your fluency in French will be crucial in ensuring clear and effective communication with our clients, helping them navigate their insurance options, understand policy details, and resolve any issues they might encounter. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in French through phone, email, and chat regarding insurance-related inquiries
• Assist clients with policy information, coverage options, and the claims process
• Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex queries and ensure accurate information
• Gather feedback from clients to help improve our services and offerings
• Stay informed about changes in insurance regulations and company policies to provide accurate guidance

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the insurance or financial industries, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to empathize with clients and provide personalized service
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
