Job Description:
Take ownership of a high-impact digital platform scaling carbon removal technologies. You will evolve internal operations and farmer-facing tools into scalable products, working with React and Node.js. This role offers significant autonomy to design systems from the ground up, utilizing AI-assisted development tools to drive innovation within the UK's green tech sector.

What you will do:

• Lead the development and maintenance of core web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB

• Collaborate with product managers to translate high-level strategy into performant, maintainable code cycles

• Design and prototype new features in Figma, ensuring consistency and accessibility across internal and external platforms

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ years of experience in full stack web development with a strong proficiency in React and JavaScript

• Experience managing the end-to-end delivery of web applications including database design and CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to discuss technical trade-offs with non-technical stakeholders
