Full Stack Engineer (React.js, Java)

Joining us as a Full Stack Engineer, you will have the opportunity to become part of highly skilled, agile development teams delivering large-scale digital transformation projects that make a real impact. You will work across the entire technology stack, collaborating closely with designers, product owners, and fellow engineers to build scalable, high-quality software solutions.

As a Full Stack Engineer you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React on the frontend and Java (Spring Boot) on the backend
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive, user-centric interfaces
• Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code that meets high quality and performance standards
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Estimate development tasks, perform peer code reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement and best practices
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience working with Java and React
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Spring Boot
• Experience with modern software development principles and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for building great software
