What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate across the stack, integrating front-end interfaces with robust back-end systems.

  • Participate in agile sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-impact features end-to-end.

  • Contribute to software design and architecture discussions.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

  • Help monitor system performance and reliability, ensuring the team meets its SLOs.

  • Stay curious and engaged with evolving development practices and tools.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3–5 years of professional software development experience.

  • Proficiency with C# (.NET) and JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS), with strong experience across both front- and back-end development.

  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and exposure to event-driven systems.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Solid understanding of Agile software development (Scrum or Kanban).

  • A strong commitment to code quality, testing, and continuous improvement.

  • A curious, problem-solving mindset with a drive to learn and grow.

Key benefits:

  • Collaborative teams – a flat structure means everyone can learn from colleagues and senior leaders around the business.
