Bluesight is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to work on our 340BCheck product. 340BCheck helps our customers ensure complete and continuous 340B program compliance through automated auditing across multiple data sources, comprehensive documentation, and centralized communication and collaboration.

Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teammates on product developmentBuild and maintain back-end API components in FastAPIDevelop and implement front-end interfaces using ReactParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and monitoringWrite unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and reliabilityHelp translate business requirements into technical solutions alongside product and design partnersParticipate in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and follow engineering best practicesContinuously learn and grow your skills, staying curious about industry trends and emerging technologiesExemplify our Core Values (Get Stuff Done, Join Forces, Honor the Customer, Redefine Possible, and Have Fun)
Qualifications and Requirements
2+ years of professional software engineering experienceA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Working knowledge of Python and FastAPI backend developmentExperience building applications with React with TypescriptFamiliarity with writing tests (unit, integration) to support code qualityUnderstanding of SQL database systems (MySQL)Solid problem-solving skills and a willingness to dig into technical challengesGood verbal and written communication skills and comfort working in a teamExperience with and familiarity with AWS cloud servicesA proactive, self-driven attitude towards learning and continuous improvementPreferredQualifications
Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) dataFamiliarity with Terraform or infrastructure as codeExperience with CodeBuild and CI/CD pipelines
