Costa Navarino is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate – RFID Implementation & Inventory to support the implementation of RFID technology and optimize asset management procedures across all hotels within the Costa Navarino area. This role will assist in automating asset tracking, conducting inventory audits, and collaborating with various departments to enhance efficiency in asset management. Reporting to the FF&E Manager, the associate will play a key role in improving asset visibility, accuracy, and reporting across multiple properties.
Requirements
RFID Implementation & Asset Tracking
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of RFID technology for asset tracking across all Costa Navarino hotels.
- Ensure correct RFID tagging, classification, and system integration for hotel assets.
- Troubleshoot RFID-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support to all departments involved in the RFID project to ensure seamless implementation.
Inventory Management & Asset Control
- Conduct physical inventory checks using RFID and traditional tracking systems across multiple hotels.
- Maintain and update asset records, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
- Track asset movements, transfers, and disposal processes.
- Work with the FF&E Manager to reconcile asset discrepancies and optimize inventory control.
Automation of Asset Management Procedures
- Support initiatives to automate asset tracking and inventory reporting processes.
- Assist in the implementation of asset management software to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with FF&E Manager and operations teams to integrate automation tools with existing hotel systems.
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation in inventory management.
Reporting & Documentation
- Generate reports on inventory levels, asset utilization, and discrepancies for management review.
- Document the progress of RFID implementation, automation initiatives, and asset tracking improvements.
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance asset management decision-making.
- Support FF&E audits and compliance processes as required.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the FF&E Manager and other key stakeholders to align asset management processes with hotel operations.
- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations teams for asset verification and tracking.
- Support project initiatives aimed at improving asset lifecycle management, including maintenance and replacements.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inventory management, asset tracking, or hotel operations (experience with RFID technology and automation is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with RFID systems, asset management software, and Microsoft Excel. Experience in automation tools is an advantage.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Language: Fluently spoken English is required.
- Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple hotels. Adaptability to evolving project needs.
