People & Culture - Administration Trainee (ESPA Internship 2026)
Costa Navarino is in Messinia in the southwest Peloponnese, in one of the most unspoiled and breathtaking landscapes in the Mediterranean. It is currently home to four 5-star deluxe hotels, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort and The Westin Resort at Navarino Dunes, W-Costa Navarino at Navarino Waterfront and Mandarin Oriental at Navarino Bay.
In the coming years, more upscale branded hotels will be added to our portfolio, both in Messinia and Athens, including the re-launch of the former Athens Hilton.
Navarino Dunes Costa Navarino facilities include 766-bedroom units award winning Anazoe Spa, a 4,000m2 spa & thalassotherapy center, four multi-awarded, signature golf courses, over 20 fine dining venues, 5,000 m2 House of Events and a wide range of sports, such as the “Mouratoglou Tennis Center”, Bayern Munich football academy, Navarino Outdoor and many more.
We are looking for a People & Culture - Administration Trainee.
As an Administration Trainee within the People & Culture department, you will support the day-to-day administrative operations of the HR team. You will assist with internal processes, document management, scheduling, and communication between departments. This internship offers valuable experience in administrative and organizational tasks within a luxury hospitality environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Help coordinate and support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with HR policies.
- Support the Learning & Development team in organizing training sessions, tracking employee participation, and maintaining training records.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback collection to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, updating databases, and ensuring proper documentation for all HR processes.
- Facilitate communication within the People & Culture team and other departments, ensuring HR policies and updates are clearly communicated to employees.
- Assist in the implementation and follow-up of special HR projects, such as performance management, wellness programs, and cultural initiatives.
Requirements
- ESPA Eligibility: You meet all criteria to be funded under the ESPA Internship Program(e.g., current undergraduate / recent graduate from Greek University.
- EU passport / legal right to work in Greece for the duration of the internship.
- Fluent English (written & spoken) and Greek
- Proficient with MS Office—especially PowerPoint & Excel—and comfortable with video‑conferencing tools.
- Positive, service‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn in a luxury‑hospitality environment.
- Available for a full‑time 40‑hour schedule and relocation to Messinia
