Hi, I’m Keiran, Jane’s Executive Recruiter. I’ve been at Jane for close to six years, and this is the most exciting phase of the company I’ve been part of.
Jane is a B2B SaaS platform that helps allied healthcare professionals run their practices. We’ve grown to $100m+ ARR with a strong foundation in Canada, and over the last couple of years we’ve been expanding into the US.
As we scale, we’re also evolving how we build. We’re looking for leaders who are builders at heart, excited by transformation, and motivated by the opportunity to help shape how AI improves healthcare workflows in a real, practical way.
We want to get ahead of future leadership needs by building relationships now with senior leaders who could be a great fit for Jane, whether that’s soon or further down the line.
If you’ve held executive leadership roles in B2B SaaS, across operations, technology, general management or product, and any of the this resonates, feel free to register your interest. I’d love to set up a coffee chat and share more about where we’re headed. ☕️
Even if you’re happy in your current role but curious about the problems we’re solving in US healthcare, feel free to reach out.
Jane exists to help the helpers. Hundreds of thousands of allied health professionals trust Jane to run their healthcare practice so they can focus on what they do best: caring for their patients and communities. The physiotherapists, chiropractors, counsellors, massage therapists, and clinic owners who use Jane every day are the backbone of community healthcare. They keep people moving, healing, and feeling better. We take the admin off their plate so they can do more of that.
We're a team of 800 people strong, founder-led and profitable. We've grown almost entirely through word of mouth because practitioners genuinely love what we've built. Now we're focused on bringing that same impact to healthcare communities across the US, where millions of practitioners are still running their clinics on outdated tools that weren't built with them in mind.
Mission & Impact. 65,000+ clinics. Hundreds of thousands of practitioners. Millions of patients. When Jane works well, practitioners spend less time on admin and more time with the people who need them. As we grow into the US, the leaders who join us won't just be scaling a SaaS company. They'll be helping more communities access better care.
Founder-led and profitable. Co-led by Ali and Trevor, who started this company to help practitioners. Focused on building a product that truly serves their needs and a business that is sustainable and healthy.
Backed and built to last. We raised $500M last year to accelerate our US expansion and AI transformation. We didn't need the money to survive. We took it to move faster. There's a big difference.
Best-in-class support. Our support team is known for being human, helpful, and genuinely caring. Practitioners talk about it. It's one of the biggest reasons they recommend Jane to other clinics.
Defining moment. AI will fundamentally reshape healthcare software. We have the customer trust, the data, and the team to lead that. The leaders we bring on now will determine whether we do.
Senior leaders, VP through C-suite, who bring some combination of:
You care about who you serve. This one comes first for a reason. The best leaders we've worked with chose their companies as much for the mission as the opportunity. Our customers are healthcare practitioners improving lives in their communities every single day. If that matters to you, keep reading.
You've scaled a B2B SaaS company through a real inflection point. Crossing $100M ARR, entering new markets, launching product lines, navigating AI transformation.
You understand vertical SaaS or SMB-serving businesses. You know what it means to build for people who aren't technical and just need their software to work. You've felt the difference between selling to enterprises and serving small business owners who have ten minutes between patients to figure out their billing.
You've led transformation, not just growth. Adding headcount is one thing. Changing how a company operates, its product strategy, org design, go-to-market, while keeping the existing business healthy is another. You've done the latter.
Please share your Resume or LinkedIn profile and anything else that we should know about you.
Even if the timing isn't right today, I'd like to know you. The best relationships in recruiting start well before there's a role to fill.
Cheers,
Keiran
