Develop ideas for new game prototype to reach intended Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
Develop ideas for new content, gameplay, and progression systems in the existing game throughout the player life-cycle to reach KPI
Iterate existing features and Live Ops based on data and research to improve its KPI
Execute the design ideas into production and work together with other parties to make sure the content and features are delivered to the highest quality
Work together with level designers to set the player life-cycle and experience throughout the game
Take part in internal and external playtests, communicate with testers, and iterate based on feedback.
Maintain documentation related to features, live-ops, changelogs, and iteration result
Qualifications
Versatile in creating assets in various style
Experienced in many design tools and software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, SAI, Blender (is a plus), Spine (is a plus)
