General Dentist - Private Facility

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dedicated General Dentist to join our team in a private facility setting. As a General Dentist, you will provide high-quality dental care and contribute to the overall health and well-being of our patients.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental conditions, performing a variety of dental procedures, and educating patients about oral health and hygiene. You will work in a supportive environment that prioritizes patient care and comfort, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional dental services.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including cavities, periodontal disease, and other dental issues
• Perform routine dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and cleanings
• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings
• Educate patients about proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to enhance patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay informed about the latest advancements and best practices in dentistry

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
• Valid dental license to practice in the relevant state
• Proven experience in a general dentistry practice
• Strong knowledge of dental procedures and oral health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously
• A collaborative mindset to work effectively within a dental team
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current on dental practices
