Registered Nurse

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status and develop personalized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatment options.
• Document all nursing care and patient interactions in accordance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care delivery.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred; an associate’s degree in Nursing (ADN) will be considered.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
• Strong nursing assessment and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Prior nursing experience is preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
