As a Senior Specialist Spine Surgeon, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and performing advanced surgical procedures to treat various spinal disorders. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop detailed surgical plans for patients with complex spinal conditions.
• Perform a variety of surgical interventions, including complex spinal fusions, decompression surgeries, and advanced minimally invasive techniques.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior surgeons and medical staff in clinical practices and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Completion of a fellowship in Spine Surgery from a recognized institution.
• Extensive experience in spine surgery with a proven record of successful outcomes in complex cases.
• Expertise in both traditional and minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, coupled with excellent communication skills.
