In this role, you will leverage your surgical expertise to diagnose and treat a variety of oral and maxillofacial conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed assessments and diagnostics for patients with oral and maxillofacial disorders.
• Design customized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of individual patient cases.
• Perform a variety of complex surgical procedures, including but not limited to facial reconstructions, dental implants, and trauma surgeries.
• Manage comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and treatment to patients.
• Stay abreast of advancements in oral and maxillofacial surgery through continuing education and research.
• Mentor and train junior surgical staff and students, fostering an environment of learning and growth.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) or DMD (Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Board Certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery required.
• Extensive clinical experience with a proven track record in performing intricate surgical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Dedication to professional development and staying current with the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in high-stress environments.
