General Dentist

SearchPlus HR is seeking a dynamic and skilled General Dentist to join our dedicated dental team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care to our patients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

About the Role

As a General Dentist at SearchPlus HR, your main focus will be to diagnose, prevent, and treat various dental issues. You will perform a variety of dental procedures, educate patients about oral health, and work collaboratively with a team of professionals in a supportive and friendly environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and diagnose oral health issues
• Perform dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, and teeth cleanings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
• Provide post-operative care and follow-up to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments
• Stay informed about advancements in dental technology and techniques

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution
• Active state license to practice dentistry
• Experience in a clinical dentistry environment preferred
• Strong understanding of dental procedures and patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
