Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Address and resolve inquiries about accounts, transactions, and banking policies accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with banking specialists to ensure comprehensive solutions for complex customer inquiries.
• Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and processes to enhance the quality of customer service provided.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory; knowledge of English is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
