Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools for effective remote work.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
