As a representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to our innovative AI solutions, ensuring they receive exceptional support in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding AI products, services, and technical support through phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Guide customers in understanding product features, usage, and troubleshooting common issues.
• Assist in the onboarding of new customers, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed with our technology.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.
• Stay current on trends in AI and technology to provide informed responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the technology or AI sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to comprehend technical concepts and convey them clearly to customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
