This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment while assisting clients with their digital wallet inquiries and providing exceptional customer service in German.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, transactions, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
  • Provide assistance with troubleshooting issues related to digital payments and account access.
  • Educate customers about features, security measures, and benefits of using the digital wallet.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new features, and regulatory changes affecting digital payments.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial technology or digital payments sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear guidance to customers.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer service-related tools.
