This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for technology and customer service. As a representative, you will assist clients with their software inquiries and provide support in German, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding the SaaS platform, including features, billing, and technical support via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Provide guidance on software usage and troubleshoot customer issues to achieve high satisfaction levels.
• Document all interactions with clients in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with development and technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Keep updated on product developments and enhancements to offer informed assistance to customers.
• Educate customers on best practices and usage tips to maximize their experience with the software.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the SaaS or technology sector, is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general software applications is beneficial.
