Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients seeking mobility services via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with inquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
• Help clients navigate the booking process and resolve any issues efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for follow-up and quality assurance.
• Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed about the latest mobility solutions and local services to assist customers effectively.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor while handling customer concerns and complaints.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the mobility or travel sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to a diverse clientele.
