Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to public utility services, billing, and account information via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide accurate assistance regarding service setups, interruptions, and billing statements.
• Address customer concerns and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective follow-up and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Stay informed about service changes, promotions, and relevant regulations to inform customers appropriately.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in public utilities or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer care.
• Ability to resolve issues efficiently and handle sensitive situations with tact.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and relevant software.
