This role is perfect for individuals who have a strong interest in financial technology and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. You will assist customers in navigating our innovative financial products and services, ensuring a seamless experience in German.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to FinTech solutions, account management, and service features through phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Educate customers on financial services, application processes, and compliance requirements.
• Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting issues related to our platforms.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system and follow up on outstanding queries.
• Collaborate with technical and financial teams to ensure timely resolution of queries and complaints.
• Stay up-to-date with FinTech trends and product developments to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the FinTech or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer service tools is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary, with the opportunity to work in beautiful Greece.
