Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for IT-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical assistance via phone, email, and live chat in German.
• Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network services.
• Document customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Educate clients about product usage, features, and updates to enhance their experience.
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an IT support role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with IT support tools and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours as needed.
