As a customer service representative, you will engage with customers in German, providing them with essential information and support related to green energy products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding sustainable products, energy solutions, and services via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide detailed information on green energy options, pricing, and benefits.
• Assist customers with the installation process, service requests, and troubleshooting issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company initiatives to provide relevant assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the sustainability or green energy sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general office software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
