Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and services via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Provide information on travel destinations, itineraries, and hospitality offerings.
• Assist customers with booking processes, changes, and cancellations professionally.
• Resolve any issues or complaints with a focus on delivering high-quality customer satisfaction.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for follow-up purposes.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay current with travel trends and destination highlights to provide accurate recommendations and advice.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English or Greek is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills with an enthusiastic approach to customer engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of handling various customer scenarios.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online booking systems is desirable.
• Willingness to relocate and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
